I believe my encounter with Alessia Cara’s ‘Here’ was meant to be. She is truly one of a kind that you don’t encounter lately in the music industry. As a big fan of RnB, she brought a fresh perspective and personality in the middle of all the others singing about money and love.
The whole album was something new and fresh. No doubt that the single ‘Here’ was a sleeper hit not long after the release. I feel that this song was an honesty that most people could relate to, including myself. Listen to it! Who knows, it might actually speak to you.
